What do I want out of this?

*  When this is done, I don't want to hear you say: "Bill is a great photographer."

*  What I want to hear is: 

"Our website finally looks like the professional organization we are!"

or

"The professionalism of our staff photos has elevated our entire brand."

*  Remember: You're Not Buying Photography. You're not hiring me to take pictures. You're hiring me to make sure that every customer who clicks "Meet Our Team" feels confident enough to pick up the phone or walk into your dealership.

*  You're not buying photos. You're buying the moment a customer decides to call you instead of the dealership down the street. Every lead you generate, every ad you run, every dollar you spend on marketing ends up on your website. And the first thing many buyers do is look at your people. If those photos don't project confidence and professionalism, you're not just leaving money on the table. You're actively pushing customers away.
