1. Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability. Appointments are recommended, especially on weekends and for couples massages or if you have a particular time in mind. Feel free to call us at 386-238-9265 to check availability.

2. What should I expect during my first massage?
Your therapist will ask what type of massage you prefer and whether there are particular areas you'd like them to concentrate on or avoid. During your massage, you can always ask for more or less pressure. Our goal is to make your experience comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable from beginning to end.

3. What should I wear for a massage?
Come as you are. Before your massage, you'll be given privacy to undress to your personal comfort level. You will remain appropriately draped with a sheet or towel throughout your massage, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

4. What's the difference between Swedish and deep-tissue massage?
A Swedish massage generally uses lighter to moderate pressure with long, flowing strokes designed for relaxation and overall muscle tension. A deep-tissue massage uses firmer, more focused pressure to work deeper muscles and stubborn areas of tension. Not sure which one you want? Just tell your therapist how you're feeling and what you prefer.

5. What should I expect from a facial?
Your facial is designed to cleanse, refresh and hydrate your skin while providing a relaxing experience. Treatments may include cleansing, gentle exfoliation, moisturizing and other skin-care techniques appropriate for your skin. If you have sensitive skin, allergies or use prescription skin products, please let us know before your treatment begins.
